Shipping Rates

We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $5.
Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.

Orders totaling $1,000 or more ship Signature Required at no additional charge.

Important Shipping Notice

All orders ship via UPS.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please provide a valid residential or business street address when placing your order.

Orders placed with a P.O. Box address may be delayed or cancelled until a valid address is provided.

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the next business day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday, as we do not process orders on weekends.

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days.

Delivery Estimates

Ground shipping delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, packages may occasionally arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

Expedited Shipping

Do you offer faster shipping methods?

Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

When will my expedited order ship?

• Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the following business day.

If expedited shipping is selected on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, the order will ship on the next business day (Monday) unless it is a holiday weekend.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.
